Couch Cuddles

Daisuke and Ken snuggling under a blanket on the couch, I don’t care what the context is, just make it warm and soft and sweet.

with the motomiyas gone for the evening, daisuke are ken free to curl up on the couch together and finger each others’ crests for hours. wrapped up in a fuzzy blanket atop him, ken lays his head on daisuke’s chest to listen to the steady thumping of his heart, rubbing his cheek against the glowing gem whose ardent glow his cupped hand can hardly contain. watching his light dance across his features, daisuke can’t help but imagine him sinking deep into his golden depths, their bodies phasing into one so they don’t even have to touch to feel.

“there’s a way we can do that, you know,” ken murmurs as he props himself up on his elbows, one finger still teasing the tender rim of daisuke’s crest. images of ken lying face down on the cushions as daisuke drives his soul into him from behind to merge them accompany his reminder, pushed directly into the fingers daisuke has pressed to his crest, along with a strong dose of *desire* that causes them to curl with anticipation over ken’s neck. daisuke takes a deep breath as his crest’s light intensifies, cheeks flushing pink.

“actually,” he replies softly, “i have a better idea.”

as tempting as it is to flip ken over and have his way with him right here in the living room, he has something softer in mind. ken nods, his crest blooming with bright curiosity under daisuke’s fingers.

“turn around.”

obediently, ken sits himself up fully and shifts to face the opposite direction, the blanket pooling in his lap. daisuke settles back on the pillows he’s leaning against, his crest glowing warmly in invitation as he instructs, “now lie back.”

ken clutches the cushions as he slowly lowers himself back down upon him, breath catching the moment their crests clink together when his neck meets daisuke’s chest. their minds instantly merge into one upon contact, each sensation shared between them so smoothly that they can’t tell the difference at all. daisuke can feel the weight upon his chest as well as the heat against his back, feel the gentle tug of his own roaming hands carding through silky hair as his lungs fill with ken’s sigh of contentment.

“muchbetter,” ken agrees, and the words fall from both their lips, a unanimous expression of how comfortable they are being together.
