High school age?
Ken doesn't know how to break up with his girlfriend/boyfriend (Ken is def gay but very closeted), so he moans his best friend's name while they're making out/messing around (if dating a girl, he probably wouldn't do anything more than kiss).....he just didn't expect Daisuke to be there and hear him lol
