Ken is attracted to Daisuke and knows that Daisuke is attracted to him, but can only justify having sex with him if he thinks of it as Daisuke making use of him. Daisuke picks up on it and gets angry, hurt, etc. but they talk it out after Daisuke cools down a bit.
