The Kaiser is an alter-ego of Ken’s that managed to escape and finds a way to hold hostages via Hollywood Hacking, forcing Ken and Daisuke to satisfy his urges by having sex with each other. Since he doesn’t have his own body, he has to use Ken’s senses.
