After Jogress, Daisuke and Ken accidentally end up switching bodies with their Digimon. Can involve sexy if you like (any combination of Ken & Daisuke as Wormmon & V-mon or the other way around, or maybe all 4?) but not a requirement. They could just try to get their own bodies back (props if this takes several tries aka they keep ending up in the wrong bodies).
