Osamu wakes up from a nightmare about something horrible happening to Ken and has to check on Ken to reassure himself that Ken is okay. Whether Ken wakes up and how he reacts if he does is up to the writer. Preferably an AU where Osamu lives/is still alive, but not a requirement. No incest.
